Salon Updates


  1. - The salon has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.  We will continue to practice proper hygiene, cleaning and disinfection standards. 
  2. - We have plenty of space and are set up for proper social distancing.
  3. - Face covering is required by the State except for individuals with circumstances that prevent it.  We have disposable masks if you forget yours.
  4. - You will be asked to sign a Covid -19 consent form prior to your service.  This is mandatory by the salon and if not signed, you will not receive a service.  You can preview the form on our website at
  5. - If you feel sick, please stay home.  We will get you in as soon as you feel better.  Promise.
  6. - Due to the fairness of others, we ask you do not request a color change or intricate color service at this time. We are trying to accommodate a lot of clients and after 2-3 months of roots, a simple retouch and end re balancing will make you feel like a Million Bucks! 
  7. - Blow drying is allowed according to state standards, but unless you are booked for just a blow-dry service, we will be doing minimal to no blow drying with other services (We won’t let you leave dripping). 
  8. - Please be prepared to wait in your car until you are called or text to come in. With our new text messaging check in feature, you will receive a text message 15 min before your appointment to check in, remain in your car until you receive a message back from us to enter the salon.  If you do not use text messaging please call the salon when you arrive and we will let you know when you can enter. 
  9. - Only the person receiving a service will be allowed in the salon with the exception of minor children receiving a service or individual that need special help. 
  10. - For now, we will be booking only one appointment out.  All future appointments have been cancelled. 
  11. - In the past we have requested cash tips only.  While we still would prefer cash, for your convenience, we have a new Easy to use Tipping Kiosk that will allow you to use a credit or debit card. 
  12. - If calling the salon and no one picks up, please leave a message and we will get back to you. You can also leave us a message through our website.  We do check messages frequently and will do our best to get back to you as quick as we can.
  13. - Opt in to our new text messaging communication by texting the word “Haircut” to 413-324-5442.  This is separate from the appointment confirmation text.  It will allow us to communicate with you via text messaging.
