Salon Updates

1. -We are continuing to practice proper hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection standards. 
2. - If you feel sick, please stay home.  We will get you in as soon as you feel better.  Promise.
3. - Please be prepared to wait in your car until you are called or text to come in. With our new text messaging check-in feature, you will receive a text message 15 min before your appointment to check-in, remain in your car until you receive a message back from us to enter the salon.  If you do not use text messaging please call the salon when you arrive and we will let you know when you can enter. 
4. - Only the person receiving a service will be allowed in the salon except for minor children receiving a service or individuals that need special help. 
5. - In the past, we have requested cash tips only.  While we still would prefer cash, for your convenience, we have a new Easy to use Tipping Kiosk that will allow you to use a credit or debit card. 
6. - Opt into our new text messaging communication by texting the word “Haircut” to 413-324-5442.  This is separate from the appointment confirmation text.  It will allow us to communicate with you via text messaging.
